Hi Recently attended an assessment at the physio clinic. I received a txt message a couple of days later to say they had all the information they needed to make a decision. Just wondering if this is a standard message. I received a letter yesterday (2weeks later) saying they now have the info and reports that they need. Thought they already had them.
