ESA: Moved from Support to WRAG

My Daughter ,who is Bipolar. In support group Now letter with WRAG appt (dated 8th Oct). Then letter stating now on WRAG today (12th). No reason given ? Should there be ?

I'm a little confused, are you saying that your daughter did not have an ESA reassessment Or did she have a reassessment but no explanation of why the award was reduced?
