We have limited experience of this. I think it unlikely that the Decision Maker will place much weight on anything you send in unless you can show a serious error in the report.

No, the OP says the ATOS DA gave her a hug!
I've never heard that one before either.
(But nothing surprises me anymore.)

when I thanked her on leaving and told her I had been worried and that she was really nice she actually put her arms around me and hugged me.

the errors are that she has lied on several occasions and I can prove. she said that I walked 30 meters to the car park on leaving. I actually walked to the door and waited for my daughter to bring the car to the door where she helped me in. I am hoping this is on video. She also said I was carrying a handbag. I actually did not have a bag I had a little pouch bag that goes over my head and 1 shoulder, tiny which holds a debit card and inhaler. I have a photo of me on the day showing this. She refused to look at some extra medical records my daughter had in her bag. she left out a lot of what I said.

You have nothing to lose by trying. By providing the assessment report in advance of the Decision being made the DWP are opening the door to claimants making comment on that report, however, historically the DWP have resisted interference at this stage of the process.
Also, as no Decision has been made at this stage, the actions that the DWP have to perform when receiving new information is limited.

It sounds like a human response to someone being anxious., if you think it is inappropriate then you should make a complaint.
