Hi, regarding PIP reconsideration, DWP say can ask for reconsideration within one month.
A bit unsure on the exact deadline.
Say if decision letter is dated Monday 3rd October. Deadline is before Thu 3rd November? Or Monday 31st October....before 30th October? Eg count 4 weeks...28 days?

Take it as calendar days so;
if the date is 3 October then then action needs to be take before 3 November
if the date is 31 October then action would need to be taken before 30 November
