Do we know what health conditions will be applicable to be exempt from the new ESA WCA ,also what will happen regarding people in the support group having to attend WRA and so on,when they suffer from agoraphobia and social phobia,anxiety and depression? Many thanks.

I'm afraid you are getting ahead of yourself, none of the changes have even been decided upon let alone implemented.
