I don't know what else I can do was created by sue_anne
Hello fellow members.

I received the dreaded letter this morning requesting that I have yet another medical following the submission of my ESA50 form which they received on 22/06. Along with the form I also sent several medical reports from various Consultants. I suffer from fybromyalgia, stage 3 kidney disease, depression, osteo arthritis in my entire spine and a severe bladder condition which would score me 15 points alone. If I fail this medical owing to inaccurate information being passed to the DWP by the medical examiner (as has happened on four previous occasions) I will be facing my third tribunal.
At my first tribunal I was awarded 33 points from the 0 points that ATOS 'awarded' me.
I seriously do not know how else I can convince them I am NOT fit for work.
I'm almost 62 years of age and my medical conditions are NOT going to suddenly improve.
Life just sucks ...........

I'm afraid all you can do is make sure that you understand the assessment criteria and complete the ESA50 in detail.

Thank you for your reply, but I've already submitted the ESA50 form along with relevant medical evidence. The letter I received is for an assessment medical.

Yes I understand that :)

If you are happy that you have put the nest case you can then all you can now do is wait to see whether an assessment is required.
