ESA reassessment was created by Liam
After 18 months in contributions based Support Group I had to complete a new ESA50 which I returned on 27/10/16, it had to be sent back by 04/11. Haven't heard anything yet and wondered how long these things can take? Don't know if no news is good news.

It's too early for Maximus to have done anything about your ESA50, although I would call them to make sure that they have received your form.

There is some variability across the country in the time it takes for an assessment to be booked, it could be several weeks or many months, you ESA will continue in payment until a new Decision is made.

Hi Gordon
I returned ESA50 using signed for facility so could track it and know they received (Nottingham) the next day. I just presumed that if either they were not going to keep paying or intend me to come for a medical, I'd know sooner rather than later! I wouldn't be surprised if I'm kept waiting if the decision is in my favour.
