I have always assumed that I am on just contributions based ESA, without any premiums - in the Support Group.
When I look at the wording though, I am not too sure.
There is no 'premiums' listed on the 'we will pay you form' - not even disability income guarantee. Below is a near replica of the text on my letter, this is last years, but this year it has risen very very slightly.
The reason why I'm asking is that I used to get student grants and loans - in addition to my ESA and DLA.
Can someone confirm I am not getting any income related money on top of my Contributions based entitlement? - What about the top up payment, is that seen as income related?
Your living expenses: £73.10
Extra money because you are in the support group: £36.20
Which gives you a total income-related amount: £109.30
No Income will be taken off your Employment and Support Allowance
Your income related amount is: £109.30 less £0.00 so you would have been entitled to £109.30
However because you are entitled to Contributions based Employment and Support Allowance we will pay you £110.85.
Top up payment
Included in your Employment and Support Allowance is a top up payment, which ensures you will not see a reduction in your benefit entitlement as a result of the change to Employment and Support Allowance. £1.55
Thanks

According to what you have posted you are receiving Contribution Based only with a £1.55 Transitional Payment. I assume you transferred to ESA from IB and your IB payments were higher than the ESA rates.
You may be eligible for Income Related ESA as you are in the SG and are in principle entitled to the Enhanced Disability Premium, however this would be dependant on your personal circumstances, they will look at your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
Asset rule for ESA(IR)
24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)
If you are then you would lose the £1.55 but gain £15.75.
To be assessed for ESA(IR) call the DWP and ask for an ESA3 form.
You may also be eligible to have the payments backdated.
