DLA to PIP was created by Andy
Hi all,
I received my PIP application paperwork last month as I'm currently on DLA.
The completed form had to returned by 4.11.16,which I returned 31.10.16 via next day recorded delivery.
Last Thursday evening (10.11.16) I get a phone call at 19.50hrs from Capita to say I have to attend FTF interview on Monday 14.11.16 at 08.10hrs.
Is this the normal time scale?
We haven't received anything through the post just the phone call!

The timescales are not unusual.
You should have received 7 days written notice of the appointment, did you accept the appointment when you were phoned or were you not given the option?
I can't tell you not to attend as it may count against your claim but if you were not offered a choice and you gave not received proper notice then you should make a formal complaint to Capita.
