ive a home assessmemt soon for a PIP review, my health condition is a mental one, anxiety, agoraphobia etc. I think I need someone with me at the assessment as I may be too anxious to talk properly, A welfare advice person is helping me and may come too, though the time wasn't specific, 9 to 12pm. should I get a GP letter meanwhile, I've only a week, or let them contact him. Also I live with my elderly mum, I do housekeeping, shopping, and care for her, but I have more bad days than good affecting when and how I do these things, how do I give a fair account? thankyou for any helpful advice.

Forgive me but I am not sure why you would be asking for a GP letter?
You should explain what you can "reliably" do on the "majority of days". See the PIP Claim guide for more information on these terms.
