Preparing Food was created by Ben O
Hello,
Under the preparing food section I am only able to cook any food because my hob and oven and all the units have been lowered to a safe height that I chose and with room for me to get my legs under the units. The whole kitchen has been adapted for my safe use.
Will this earn me 2 points please?
Thanks for your help

I'll be honest and say I don't think so, but you should certainly include the information in your PIP2.
I don't think it meets the criteria to be described as an aid, you can argue that it is an appliance, but the Descriptors make no reference to this situation and I don't think that you can assume that this is an omission as the Washing and Bathing Descriptors do distinguish between an adapted and unadapted bath and shower. There is no Case Law in this area.
