Has anyone out there had lost a tribunal for PIP and sucessfully won/any experience with the upper tribunal route?
Alternatively has anyone succeeded in putting in new claim to PIP after loosing appeal?
Any advice much appreciated

Hi cc,
The problem is that members often do not hang around the forum once their claim has been decided, so people with the experience you are looking for might not see your question.
Fingers crossed that there is someone still around who can comment for you!

I have no such experience (yet!!!!)
but found this that may be of use to you
when you click on 'a year' then you have a left hand menu that can take you straight to PIP or ESA decisions
www.disabilityrightsuk.org/how-we-can-he...s/case-law-summaries
it seems upper tribunal appeals often result in the case being re-referred back down to a new first tier tribunal
