MR revision rates are very low whereas appeal success rates are very high, so you have a choice.
Provide detailed information as to why you think you should score points in the hope of overturning the Decision at MR, or provide little information and hope to get to appeal quicker.
If you choose the former then you should go through each activity that you hope to score points for and using your PIP2, the assessment report and the assessment report and make sure that you have explained why you meet the criteria for points, any areas where there is dispute, answer the issues in your MR request.
Based on the current DWP guidance I think claimants with only mental health issues will struggle to score the 12 points for the Enhanced award on just the Going Out activity ,although a Standard award is certainly possible.
