overdue medical

hello I had a medical for esa 0ver 4 years ago, was placed in support group. I contacted the people who send out the appointments and they looked at their upcoming medicals to see if I was due a one (I thought the maximum re test was 3 years) but they said my name is not on any of their appointment lists. i'm not complaining I just can't understand it.

You need to contact the DWP, they can tell you when you are likely to be reassessed. Maximus can only tell you about assessments that have been referred to them already.
