Hi all,
Where someone has fluctuating conditions both mental and physical whereby sometimes they're so disabled that they don't even go out their front door. Other times where they're able to go out front door and maybe a little bit of socialising/be in someone else's company..............how would you justify that to DWP, given that you've given them all worst possible case scenarios.
Kind regards
P.

First of all I would hope that you haven't only given them only "worst case scenarios", as this would not give them a proper understanding of your problems.
Taking your questions literally; going out the door would be covered by the Going Out activity and socialising is included in Mixing With Other People. You need to refer to the relevant Descriptors to see the criteria you need to meet.
