Well my wife filled in the pip form and it said provide as much information as possible and you may not need to come for a face to face assesement , so 125 medical notes dating back to 1986 ,to present day , a note from my GP And one from first step , and guess what I still have to go for a face to face , and not only that I have to travel over 35 miles to get there and be there for 9:00 oclock in the morning , then they wonder why people take there own lives what else do I need to send them

Does the GP note state that she cannot attend at their offices and why?
