Medical certificate

Could anyone tell me if the DWP can ignore medical certificate I went to a medical and they gave me no points bused was fit to work unfortunately I suffer with severe depression and am now under a psychiatrist for this my doctor gave me another medical certificate but the DWP ignored it saying my condition hadn't sufficiently worsened

If you had a failed ESA claim then you can only reclaim by proving to the Decision Maker that your condition has worsened such that you would now meet the criteria. This is irrespective of any medical certificates you might submit.
