The time taken for MRs is very variable and I don't have any figures for specific areas. I'm sure members will reply from their own experience if they are able.
May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return and view replies, add comments and questions without having to start a new topic each time. We ask members to keep everything relating to the same claim in one topic as it makes things easier for us - and I hope you will find it useful too
