PIP Mand Recon or Appeal on Length of Award Only was created by Augustus
Do you have much feedback from B&W members who have done this and if so, what the record is?
My recent re-assessment lead to a shorter order after I actually developed more conditions since first claim. If a Mand Recon fails, which is extremely likely, are you aware of tribunals being asked to focus just on the award length. Does your members guide cover this angle?

I'm not aware of anybody being successful at challenging the award length, certainly nobody at MR has been able to argue a longer award, most have given up at this point, very few have gone onto to appeal on just this issue, but I haven't seen any positive results on this or any other forum.

Happy New Year Gordon and all at B&W.
Gordon, a lady was on forum a while ago who stated she had requested a longer length of awardt as she had previously had an indefinate Dla award, she won her appeal.
I will also be doing same at end of month, will let you know how I get on.
