It is still a year for most claimants. It will depend on whether the other member was converted from DLA, whether they went to appeal and other factors.

I am awaiting the decision from my review - my current award is due to end August '17. If there is a change or decrease to what I am currently receiving, will they revoke the current award earlier than the end date of August?
Thanks

I'm afraid that any new Decision will apply from the day it is made.

That's interesting. My appeal said until 2019 I think, I didn't transfer from DLA. Can you advise if I'll get one 2019 or the year before? many thanks.

I would expect you to be reassessed in 2018.
