Got the dreaded brown envelope today what a lovely christmas present phoned them and im on my way sorting out my sons transfer from DL to PIP Oh what joy .

Hi Gordon i am just about to post Matts pip form.this is my question i am Matts appointee but i could not fill the form out because of my arthritis so my husband has filled it out when we sign do we both sign or does all 3 of us have to sign THANKS XX

Gorden i have finished the PIP forms transfer but as i am my sons appointee I did not fill the form out for him my husband did my question is do i sign and my husband sign or do all 3 of us sign the back page i was hoping to post it today as timeis getting on .

Hi Denise,

I was just about to merge all your PIP questions into one topic - then realised that you are dealing with applications for both yourself and your son. What a nightmare for you!

If your husband used your words to answer the questions on the form, then he doesn't need to sign it. If he used his own words he should sign.

Either way it is worth adding a short paragraph explaining that he has completed the form on your behalf - and that you are acting in your role as son's appointee.
