I have my tribunal appeal letter ready to send. In the first instance I cannot face going. It is too much an anxious time for me. I am disappointed and concerned that the 'paper hearings' have a low positive outcome. I have worded this in my letter to them.
However, this is my third paper appeal, the last two being 'upheld'. So for me it has been positive. I have also stated this to the appeal.
Do you feel it can go in my favour admitting I have had previous succesful appeals? Or best left unsaid?

Hi Ginny,

To be honest, I wouldn't expect it to make any difference whether you mention your previous appeals or not. The important thing is to show how/why you met the relevant descriptors at the time the decision you are appealing was made.
