Hi everyone just after some advice. I have just returned my PIP2 form as my current 2 year award is coming to an end, it took me 13 months to get it last time going to tribunal. My question is, last time I did not know about this site when filling my forms, and was turned down, this time I have used the guides and put in a lot more info. As I have to put a whole new claim in do I have to have an Atos face to face again?? I cant bear the thought as last time they loed so much about what I had said. My new form shows my condition has actually deteriorated slightly and I use aids that I did not before, backed up by O.T reports. Surely thats enough evidence?? Thankyou any advice really appreciated

My full name is showing, how can I stop it? The decision to require an assessment or not is made by the Assessment Provider and is primarily determined by whether there is sufficient information for them to make a recommendation to the DWP or not. I'm afraid it's not possible to pre-empt how they will view what you have included in and with your PIP2.
