Hello, I got a PIP "review" over Christmas and am severely stressed about filling it all in. I'm working with my GP and specialist to get reports for them but is there anything I need to consider? I followed the same processes as the time I applied for PIP but they made so many mistakes it took over a year to sort out, my MP had to step in and was left homeless. I'm really worried about them making more mistakes as I had to do a mandatory reconsideration as they rejected it at first but then awarded it. I have to finish it in the next few weeks.

The only other thing that I can suggest is for you to record the assessment, it offers no guarantees but usually reigns in some of the more exotic statements that assessors can make in their reports.
You will need permission to do this from the Assessment Provider and you will need to provide the equipment, two cheap cassette recorders will be suitable.
