I phoned weeks ago to inform them that I intended to claim PIP I phoned them again a few days ago ( I took the name and time and date ) to tell them I had not received the PIP2 form (I think that's what it is called) post has been 23/1/17 still no form hope it comes tomorrow, should I phone again?

PIP2s usually take 7-10 days to arrive, I would chase them every couple of days if you have still not received it.
