DLA to PIP was created by powlie
Hi all, I have just completed and returned my claim for PIP form. my condition has worsened since claiming my DLA which i had higher rate mobility lower rate care component.
I have sent copies of letters of my condition from the 3 consultants that treat me, which states how my condition has deteriorated particularly in my spine where i now have pressure on my discs in lower back and will eventually put pressure on my spinal cord with this evidence do you think i will be asked to a face to face assessment or would my evidence suffice.

I'm afraid it is impossible to say, remember it is not your conditions that are being assessed but the limitations that result from them.
