It's difficult to offer advice as you already have an advisor dealing with the issue.
First you need to check with your advisor to find out the current situation.
Our advice to members who have also had this problem is to send a copy of their PIP2 to the DWP as soon as they can, do you know if this has happened?
Has a Decision on your claim been made?
If it has then you may need to consider requesting a Mandatory Reconsideration, but you really need to speak to your advisor about this. An MR must be requested within one month of the Decision to close your claim.
We can supply more advice if you can provide more up to date information.
