If unsuccessful PIP claim was created by David
If a claim for PIP is unsuccessful, having gone through the appeal process, how long is it before I could submit a new calim ?

Providing you are still under 65 then there is no waiting time between claims.

thanks Gordon. Will a previous unsuccessful claim be looked at in light of a new claim submitted immediately ?

It's very unlikely but not impossible.
If you had made a new claim the day after the DWP refused the previous one then it's likely that they would use the information from the last claim but as you have gone to appeal and therefore at least several months (if not more) have elapsed I think it unlikely and they will start from scratch.
