pip appeal fiasco was created by p.greenstreet
I have today been for my pip appeal and lost. I have lost all faith in the doctors the dwp and any one else involved in this torture. the whole thing was a nightmare, they spent the whole time trying to trip me up 3 on 1. I hope these people can sleep at night. god knows who the people on here see, with there great news etc? I only hope the people that implemented this one sided torture have time to reflect on what they do to others one day, and that they suffer themselves.

I'm sorry to hear that your appeal was unsuccessful.
You have two further options; you can challenge the FTT's Decision at the UTT or if your can show that your conditions have changed since the Decision appealed was made then you can ask to be reassessed.
You cannot challenge the panel's Decision because you disagree with it, only because you believe that they have made an Error of Law in the making of the Decision, the first stage to this process is to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge on your panel. See
What is an Error of Law?
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
You can make a new claim for PIP there is no waiting time.

Hi Philip,
I m sorry to hear what u went through.after reading ur story I have decided not to appeal on my PIP Mandetory notice,I don't think anyone will get good results or reversed their decision.Going to appeal procedure ,u might even loose what u got.i was on High DLA components indefinatly not merging to PIP I lost my mobility vehicle,as I was awarded standered on living and mobility even though I suffer from Severe COPD,I even sent all my docter's and hospital reports.
