PIP MOBIILITY QUERY

There's no downloadable version of the PIP2, just a sample version that you can use to practice on. You must return the PIP2 that you are sent, each page is barcoded and the DWP have said that they will not accept a substitute version.

Where could I find PIP forms to print off please. As I would like to start to fill it in as it will probably take me a long time and aleast I dont have to rush.

I am confused on the following. Could you please tell me when the ESA is being considered by medical people do they have for eg 50/100/200 metres when client is mobilising. Opposed to the PIP mobliising 20/50/100/200 metres.
the following statement - based on the medical evidence cannot mobilise 50 metres repeatedly,within a reasonable timescale,because of significant discomfort or exhaustion due to stroke,cardiac failure.The available evidence suggests improvement is unlikely in the longer term.
Does the word cannot mean you cant even manage the 50 metres therefore the next best marker for the DWP would be 20 metres am I right in understanding that.

Remembering that ESA is a Mobility test which includes walking and self-propelling a manual wheelchair and the PIP is a only walking test.
I'm afraid you can't make this assumption; someone who cannot mobilise 40m for ESA would meet the criteria for "cannot mobilise more than 50m". but probably wouldn't meet the PIP criteria for "cannot reliably stand and move more than 20m".
