Just to let you know I received PIP decision less than 2 weeks after face to face. I got the award I hoped for and for 3 years.
The points I scored were mainly awarded for prompting and were lower than I thought they might have been considering there was so much supporting evidence in relation to supervision and assistance required but having read the guide I note "many people get an award that they think is correct, but don’t score all the points that they think they should have scored". I am not sure if I should try to address this when it comes to being reviewed?
I have requested a copy of the HP's report but I haven't received it yet.
