PIP2 wait was created by winterchild
Hi, I sent in a completed PIP2 form which arrived on 13th January and haven't heard anything back yet.

The post here is unreliable - the initial letter requiring the PIP1 telephone application never arrived, just the follow-up letter 2 weeks later.

What's a reasonable time to wait before becoming concerned, do you think?

Thanks.

The DWP are very quick to notify the claimant if they have not received their completed PIP2, but for your piece of mind it would be worth ringing them to make sure everything is OK.

Thanks for that.

I know for certain the PIP2 made it to the DWP post handling site in Wolverhampton, and within the time limit - I have an online signature courtesy of Royal Mail to prove it.

I think I'll wait until day 21, then make contact if I've still heard nothing.

Cheers,
W.
