I crossed over from DLA low care and high mobility to PIP enhanced for both elements 27/01/2015 for 3 years. I received the AR1 a week before Xmas. I filled it out with no change to everything, got a letter of support from my GP and also sent a letter from myself explaining that I had not learnt to cope any better with the limitations caused by my condition (brain injury). I returned it on Friday 30th December and received the so called dreaded brown envelope on Friday 20th January, (3 weeks) keeping same award for a further 3 years.
My doctor states in his letter that " my condition is long standing and will not improve in the future" and yet I will have to go through it all again in the future. I am 60 years old now and things are getting harder so I won't be filling in " no change" the next time.
