I'm afraid there is no downloadable version of the form that you can complete for your claim.
You can attach typed pages to the form, just make sure that each page has your full name and NIN at the top and that they are numbered, we recommend "page X of Y" so that it is easy to see if pages are missing. Make sure you clearly mark on the form where your answers are and on the relevant page that you are answering question X.
Attach the pages to the back of the PIP2 using a staple or make a hole in the top left corner and use a treasury tag, string or ribbon to the form. The pages need to be easily detached so that they can be scanned by the DWP.

We used a downloaded copy of the Example PIP2 from the members PIP area of this site as a temp, late.
Simply download the Example PIP form/ delete all th e answers to the questiions and insert your own informnation.
Save it as Word doc. add an header with your details Name, NINO and Extras Information as a title so this info. will be on every sheet. Refer to it on the Actual PIP2 whern you Fill in ther PIP2.eg "see attached "extra Info @Page number"
Then print it out and securely attach it to your PIP2 "

I'm sorry but I think this is a very bad idea, it will simply lead to confusion as to what is the correct information and at worst could lead to the information being rejected by the DWP and this assumes that you can even do what you are suggesting.
