On QOF register was created by mobbba
I am at present completing my PIP2 form. My GP gave me a summary of GP visits and on one of the papers it says on QOF register, Can anyhone tell me what this means please?

It stands for Quality & Outcomes Framework and is something that your GP surgery is involved in and not you specifically.
