Failed Mand Recon was created by ccactus

Just received man con and it was what I expected - HCA ruling not over-turned.

I know I can now go to tribunal if I wish :- my question is as I have a new esa claim would it make sense to wait and go through the medical and mand recon (assuming I fail assessment) and then go to tribunal.
I presume that if I went to tribunal and won, then any new medical would supercede any award from a tribunal.

I am sorry - but not at all surprised, that the MR did not go in your favour

You are right in thinking that the decision on a new claim would supersede any tribunal decision.
