ESA re-assessment evidence was created by Tracy
Hi,
I sent my "capability of work" form back before my deadline of 27th January but only saw my consultant just before so I'm still chasing up a letter from my consultant which he said he's happy to provide. I'm wondering if I'm allowed to take the letter into the local Jobcentre before the assessment which I'm sure I'll have to attend at some point or even along to the assessment to be assessed with my form like you can do with P.I.P?
Thanks, Tracy

Yes, you should do both.

I took my hospital consultants letter into the local Jobcentre yesterday and when I got home later they had left a message to say they received the letter and also not to worry as I'm in the support group of ESA and will continue to be. I phoned them this morning to check I had heard the message right and yes they had made that decision without needing me to attend an assessment and will be sending me a letter. So thank you for all your support and information through my P.I.P and ESA issues they're are sorted for a while. All the information and re-assurance is well worth signing up.
