Follow the formula in the PIP Claim guide for answering each question, do one pass of the form, at a very high level and then look at how you might break your answers down to a lower level, so as an example; you might start with preparing and cooking a meal, then you could break it down to the problems that you have with preparing the food and cooking the meal, then the tasks you need to do for each, etc.
Try and make a plan of how much work you need to do and how long you have left, remember you can request a two week extension if necessary. Try and do manageable amounts of work each day, so two goes of half an hour may be better for you than one slow of one hour.
