Whats the best and fastest post for it .As it has to be there on tusday. 28 feb. Tomorrow is 23 feb. and a weekend in between. Its a week doing it as i had a week missing the time i got it. Oh yeah I had such a hard time doing it i only have the form a letter from my consultant and 2 a4 sheets on moving around. It was about all i could manage. I am just going to post it and forget about it for a while.
You can refuse to perform any test if it would cause you pain or distress but you will need to explain why you have refused.
Speak to your Post Office, the faster the post the more it will cost!

You can send more information but you need to know where to send it.
You can contact the Assessment Provider for your postcode. See
www.gov.uk/government/publications/pip-postcode-map-uk
and then
www.atoshealthcare.com/
or
www.capita-pip.co.uk/contact-us.aspx
Send a copy to the AP as soon as you can and take a copy to any assessment and ask them to read it and include it in your file.
I would also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with your clain.

How quickly a claimant receives an appointment does not mean anything in regard to the assessment process, just that the Assessment Provider has space in their diary.
You can rearrange to a closer venue, but if you do then you will need to attend on that day or risk your claim being closed. If you do decide to do this then make the new appointment while you are on the phone with them, so have your diary with you.
