Am I correct in saying that my medical history as shown in my medical records Can be taken to medical as further evidence ?
Which over the last few years has Psychiatrists writing about me being agitated aggravated , or Physio , trauma nurse , Pain clinic nurse witness me unable to walk 10 meters without stopping etc .
