At what stage is it best to request a home assessment .Is it at initial phone call when applying or on the forms i fill in.

Hi ginger,

You should ask for your home assessment when you submit the completed PIP2 form. You will need to support this request with a letter from your GP (or consultant) explaining why you would be unable to attend an assessment centre.
