Is it possible to request the SOR six months after the appeal has been granted? as it may be useful for reassessment. thanks

The request has to be made within a month of the Tribunal, however, even if you were still within time I would not advise you to make such request, requesting a SoR is the first stage to an appeal to the UTT and the DWP will also receive a copy opening the door for them to appeal where they may not have considered doing so before.

It's around 6 months ago now. I thought it might be useful for reassessment. I wonder if it goes to appeal again, they look at the last one?

So, there is no way to get a copy now? Do they actually write it at the time of the appeal do you know, or after in request? Thanks
