Early PIP reassessment was created by David
This is probably a stupid question. If you have a PIP award for three years but as we have seen, reassessment happens a year early, does the reassessment result supercede the origional
decision ? if for example on reassessment, mobility was downgraded from enhanced to standard, would you lose your motorbility car straight away or be able to keep it for the duration of the origional award whilst contesting the decision ?
I apologise for asking what is probably an obvious answer, brain works when body doesn't

I'm afraid a new Decision would apply immediately, the remaining portion of the original award is lost.
