My tribunal date is fast approaching (3rd March) and I'm beginning to get very anxious about it.
Can anyone give me any insight into how these things run please?
I suffer extreme anxiety when facing unknown situations so I'm trying to gage a little insight of what I should expect so as to be a little prepared. This is proving a lot more stressful than I had imagined which in turn is affecting my health but I'm determined to attend.
I had my Blue Badge assessment last week and had to talk to the assessor prior to my consultation so she could explain the process, fortunately she was very good and settled my nerves before attending, I just don't know who I would talk to in regards to court.
There's a video made by the Tribunal Service, it's for an ESA appeal. so if yours is for PIP then there will an extra person on the panel, who specialises in Disability matters.
