if a mobility issue cannot be completed reliably/repeated/safely in a reasonable time, with regard to the 20 / 50m - but 6 months of the year you are unable to stand up/move - how do you explain when you go to your face to face.

Are you saying that six months of the year you are unable to stand and move and for the other six months you able to stand but can only reliably walk 20m-50m?
Or is it more complicated and there are days when you cannot stand at all and other when you can walk?

Hi Sping
What is it that causes the variation in your mobility ?
Are you saying that for the majority of days in a 6 months period you cannot reliably stand and move 20-50 m and therefore 1-20m should apply for that period ie descriptor e ? Then for the remaining 6 months on the majority of days you cannot even manage that ie cannot stand or move more than I m then descriptor f should apply ?
Is it due to external conditions ie. weather causing seasonal flare up?
Do you go to the pub 6 months of the year and afterwards cannot reliably stand/walk ?

Hello David
If I got drunk, even once, I would loose my balance and fall, as I need my whits about me to concentrate. Managed my condition for 20 years but had numerous accidents all dealt with at A & E. Lots of documentation of falls. My knee slides out of place on a regular basis now - so after the tumble I am two to three weeks not standing on it as if it does not go back in place the tear or injury will get worse. I am constantly inbetween waiting for the injury to heal before walking on it. Its like ice skating. Just back on my feet and twist my waist and my knee pops out again. So on goes the saga. They wont do surgery until late 60s as it only lasts 10-15 years. Medical issues make the condition worse trying to juggle a wobbly knee.

Hi Spring
i am no expert, but that sounds like a good way to explain how your condition affects your mobility. My wife had a similar thing with her hip, kept slipping out and she definately could not reliably, safely or repeatedly stand and move more than 20m

Thank you David.
I bet now I am ready for surgery after 20 years wait, they wont do it because of lack of funds
