No they will send a GP Factual Report, it's explained in the PIP Claim, towards the back.

The GP notes form in the PIP section of your site - is this the same as the DWP would send if they had asked the GP themselves?
Thank you

Hello Gordon,
I sent off my husbands appeal form to Bradford but wanted to check they did receive it (even though I sent it Recorded Delivery). I just wanted to know whether I call the Tribunal Service (for which I cannot seem to find a number) or whether I call the DWP.
Many thanks indeed.

We were waiting for a date for my husbands PIP appeal - about three weeks ago, we had requested the case be heard 'on papers' only.
Today received a phone call from the DWP where they said a senior person had looked at his case again and they were going to give him enhanced for both Care and Mobility because 'they didn't want to put him through the appeal'!!
Lady sounded almost like a caring health professional rather than the DWP.
I wanted to thank this site and especially Gordon for all your help, without which we would never have achieved this result. I will continue to remain a member of this wonderful site.
Keep fighting for what you know you deserve!

That's terrific news! This does not happen very often so your appeal submission must have been very good.
