Re-applying for PIP

Hi there!

I was given my PIP last year and they took me down a level on Personal Care and Mobility. I asked my Husbband to write so we could appeal One of the main reasons for appeal was that their form discussing what they asked me was incorrect in at least 3 places and these weren't small things.

What can I do? I can't visit my CAB at the moment and I am having a relapse in Pneumonia and cannot walk or talk.
