do i need to get a copy of the assessors reprt to challenge the decision or can o respond to the letter they sent with the decision to drop e to standard rate an no mobility component.
The report will usually give you a better understanding as to how the Decision was made, but as long as you are happy with the information in the Decision Letter then you can use that.
