A Change in the ESA rate Payable Letter

I have received a letter from ESA Birkenhead stating that there is a change in ESA allowance rate payable-its states that that the amount i get is payable only until 13th April 2017,the letter does also state that from 10th April some social security benefits may change. So i am wondering what this means for me, is it that it is a standard letter sent because of the 10th April changes or is it just concerning me? I am on income related ESA.

This is most probably the annual 'uprating' letter.
