There's a section in the guide that covers Substantial Risk, it has very specific criteria and requires up to date evidence but it can take into account all of her conditions, there is none of this splitting into mental health or physical.

Hi Gordan

With Regards to Q10

my daughter has epilepsy and as a result can have upto 4 seizures in a day at times of stress

In your guides it says weekly, monthly and less than monthly but in the form it says daily weekly monthly and less than monthly

She has daily absences Partial and complex partial seizures sometimes its just like she is day dreaming at other times she stares blankly and cannot resond and unaware of surroundings like she is not there and during the last years because of all stress has been having a lot more and I have evidence she has been having upto 4 a day at times of stress
she is also having secondary generalised and has had 3 of these in last 9 months last one on 25th of February where she like cries out loses consciousness and falls to the floor and her arms and legs like trembling like jerky movements and is not able to respond

The absences are a lot less noticeable but the blank staring spells and the collapsing is more noticeable
I cant say she is deffinatley having at least 4 a day but no it can be and know its weekly and more than that

Is the weekly 15 points as it says in the guide or would that be daily

The form is exactly that, it is the ESA Descriptors listed in the Claim guide that matter, so this activity has two criteria; once a week for 15 points and once a month for six points.

the form has daily as well I know she is daily lost in space and think this is her ansences and also sometimes she is just staring blankly and unable to respond which are the partial and complex partial

the secondary generalised have only happened 3 times in last 9 months when she was with us but she now has her own property and could be having more

If you think that she has daily seizures then include this on the form but the law only requires daily or monthly.

Hi Gordan thanks

last few questions

She gets DLA at the minute for
Low mobility for places unknown for her epilepsy
Middle care for Needing care throughout the day supervising for her epilepsy

Do these not come under Q12 Awareness of Hazards
Even though I know she has difficulties as she has left the cooker rings and has burnt pans on doors unlocked items of electrical equipment plugged in like hairdryer plugged in on the floor which could be a danger to her 3 year old son
I am not sure of its the epilepsy and polymicrogyria that makes her forgetful
Or her depression because she is very low because of losing full custody of her son and the BP that makes her forget and not concentrate or be erratic at times and not realise what she is doing

She has always been absent minded and forgetful from being a child and is always losing things and forgetting what she is talking about either through the epilepsy or polymicrogria
which was only diagnosed at 18 but we was told she had probably had the epilspsy from young as she used to always be in a day dream which we now know are absences
and she also stares and doesn't respond when being talked to which are the partial and complex partial seizures

but she is very depressed and very low and I think its a mixture of al

My question is is the DLA she gets for Epilepsy apply to the descriptors in here for metal health
or just for depression in Q12 and Agrophobia for Q15
